A gentle introduction to Tarot Self-Therapy.
In this 30-minute one-to-one session, Janie will guide you through the cards as a tool for reflection, helping you explore what’s present for you and see things from a new perspective.
Perfect if you’re curious about our approach, new to tarot, or simply looking for a little space to pause and reflect.
£45 · 50 minutes
Our signature one-to-one Tarot Self-Therapy experience.
Bring a question, decision or area of life you’d like to explore. Through conversation and the symbolism of the cards, Janie will gently guide you beneath the surface — helping you uncover your own insights, recognise patterns and find greater clarity around what comes next.
The cards don’t give you the answers. They help you hear your own.
£35 per session · Weekly or monthly
For those who want to make Tarot Self-Therapy part of an ongoing practice.
Regular Rituals offer a recurring space to check in with yourself, explore what’s changing and continue the conversations that emerge through the cards. Over time, your readings become a record of your own growth, patterns and evolving perspective.
A ritual for reflection, rather than prediction.
Accessibility & Inclusive Sessions
Our tarot therapy sessions are created with care, intention, and inclusivity at their heart. We believe that everyone deserves access to a calm, reflective space. A space where you feel comfortable and supported in.
We understand that accessibility looks different for everyone, so we’re always happy to adapt our sessions to meet your needs.
This might include:
-
Offering additional time so you never feel rushed
-
Using live captions during Google Meet sessions
-
Providing follow-up notes so you can revisit your reading in your own time
-
Welcoming written responses if you prefer to communicate via chat rather than speaking
-
Offering a gentle email reading (Question & Card) if a video call doesn’t feel like the right fit, book here.
We approach this gently, not as something clinical or heavy, but as something human. Small adjustments can make a big difference, and we’re here to meet you where you are. This is something close to home for us, too. With lived experience of hearing differences, we understand how small adjustments can make a big difference in feeling comfortable, included and truly heard.
If there’s anything that would help you feel more at ease during your session, you’re always welcome to let us know.
